It is official! We have been accepted into the Which? Good Food Guide 2006, our congratulations letter arrived before the weekend. For Head Chef and Proprietor Luke Hackman and the kitchen team, this is a wonderful reward for their hard work and innovation. We would like to thank those customers that recommended us to the guide, and all of our customers for their support, encouragement and critique during the past sixteen months.
Secondly, but of no less importance, is our inclusion in the independent Good Hotel Guide 2006. You can read about our success in an article, by one of the editors of the guide, in the Chichester Observer on the 13th of October. We are particularly grateful to Housekeeper Sheila Hilton-Jackson and her staff for maintaining our high standards, and to Emma Lewis-Bowker for her interior design and continued input.
