Availability

Due to high demand for accommodation during the Glorious Goodwood race meeting, we have no rooms available this week. Our rooms become available again on Tuesday, 3rd August. It may also help you to know that our rooms are fully booked on the weekends of the 7th, 14th, 21st and 28th of August. Huge apologies for the inconvenience if you had set your heart on Arundel House.

Finally, it seems worth mentioning that reservations for dinner are becoming scarce at the weekend during August, so please do call in plenty of time. There is greater availability for lunch, though a reservation is always preferred.

Welcome

Arundel House Restaurant & Rooms was created in the style of a boutique hotel with intimate restaurant in which we hope you will Relax, Revive & Revitalise whilst nestled in the centre of Arundel. We hope to be a refreshingly contemporary and cosmopolitan destination, for this part of the world, ideally suited to those who appreciate style and simplicity over chintz and clutter.

While others will brag about being the best there is, we are working hard to be the best that we can and we rely on you to let us know if we are achieving that goal. One measure of our success are the reviews that we receive from guests on Tripadvisor.com, and we encourage you to share their thoughts before you make your reservation.

Relax

Sleep well, in one of our five contemporary yet cosseting bedrooms. All feature restful beds made up with Egyptian cotton, full size writing desks and stylish interior design. Of course, all our rooms have direct dial telephones, flat-screen televisions, CD/Clock/Radios and complimentary wireless internet access for those with personal computers.

Revive

Cleanse yourself with wonderful products from Gilchrist & Soames, under the deluge of hot water delivered from eight-inch shower roses, and then wrap yourself in our fluffy white cotton towels, ready to enjoy an aromatic cafetiere of coffee or fresh leaf tea or perhaps something delivered to your room from our plentiful bar.

Revitalise

Experience wonderful creations in our intimate & welcoming restaurant serving modern British led cuisine, with an occasional French or Mediterranean twist. We serve a wonderful inclusive breakfast to overnight guests each day, and offer lunch and dinner to a wider audience from Tuesday to Saturday. Our restaurant is closed to all on Sunday and Monday.

We pride ourselves in our ability to source wild, local and seasonal ingredients, and then strive to bring these elements together for you at the height of their flavours. Our menu changes month by month to reflect what is best at market and to include ingredients that we and our friends have discovered in natures larder. The gradual transformation of our dishes from season to season allows our current menu to act as a guide to forthcoming delights. Our well proportioned wine list offers a selection from the cellars of Four Walls Wine in Chilgrove that will suit all pockets and palettes.

Reward

Upgrade your own room, or treat a loved one with Egyptian cotton bathrobes, a bottle of Canard Duchene Champagne on ice, a fresh bouquet of flowers that can be taken away at the end of your stay, and a box of handmade chocolates for (£75) seventy-five pounds. Please allow fourty-eight hours for us to arrange this package.
